Organizational Model 231

Since November 2021, Tecnochimica S.p.A. has adopted an Organizational, Management, and Control Model in compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, aimed at identifying and preventing unlawful behavior by its directors, employees, and collaborators at various levels. Therefore:
